Economy

Open to everyone on purpose. DKP is only worth something if it stays scarce, so the numbers that would let it quietly inflate are published rather than hidden.

0.0 DKP per raider the number that matters — if it climbs, DKP is being devalued
0 held by 1 raiders
0 guild reserve funds gold buy-ins and raid-start top-ups; fed by cash-outs and decay
0 total in existence

How it works

At the end of a raid, the DKP handed back is exactly what members spent during it, multiplied by the recycle rate (currently 1.0). At 1.00 nothing is created and nothing is lost — the same DKP circulates. Bid more, and more comes back to the raid; sit on it, and there is less to go round.

Modifiers (organizer, tank, healer, bonus, deduct) decide your share of that pool, not an extra payment on top. Nobody's bonus creates DKP out of nothing.

Phase 1

Everything here runs on a phase of roughly three months. Your allocation for the phase is paid one installment per raid-week you attend, and 20% of every raid's pool is held back for the weekly bonus pot, shared out by attendance streak. At the end of a phase every balance drops to 15% and everyone starts vesting again — which is what stops DKP compounding forever and keeps a new recruit's first phase worth showing up for.

210 / 195 / 180 allocation — Organizer / Veteran / Raider vested over 3, 3 and 4 attended weeks
1.00 – 2.0 weekly-pot share, first week to capped streak +0.1 a week up to 10 — shares of a fixed pot, not multipliers

Net should sit at or near zero every raid. Guests do not change it: their bidding allowance is outside the economy, so what a pug spends is neither recycled into the members' pool nor taken out of the guild's DKP.
